Liaison office blown up by North Korea

The Defense Ministry of South Korea released a video that showed the building that was supposed to be used as a liaison office in order to improve relations, being blown up. Pyongyang stated that this ‘terrific explosion’ was payback from its ‘enraged people.’ They also stated that ‘force [the] human scum, and those who have sheltered the scum, to pay dearly for their crimes.’ further sinking the relations and chances for diplomacy. North Korea also threatened to deploy troops in demilitarized zones.
