Announcement of test launch of ballistic-missile M51 SLBM from submarine by the French Navy

The test launch of ballistic-missile M51 SLBM from “Le Temeraire” (S617) Submarine a Triomphant-class SSBN, was announced by the French Navy, which is set to take place in the Atlantic Ocean. This missile could actually be the new upgraded version Mk. 3, which is currently under development.
