North Korea will not continue their nuclear test moratorium as stated by leader Kim Jong Un

North Korea has decided to no longer continue their nuclear suspension. The suspension on nuclear weapons and long-range ballistic missile tests was self-imposed, however the North Korean leader Kim Jong Un stated that the country no longer feels bound by the test moratorium.
