Numerous protesters in Moscow defy the ban and march against Putin’s government

Another protest has taken place in Moscow’s streets comprised of thousands of activists against Vladimir Putin’s government, defying a ban and demanding that the elections to the city legislature are held freely and that opposition figures are allowed to stand. The protesters are also demanding the release of the activists that were detained in previous rallies.
