India lost contact with their Chandrayaan-2 lunar mission
Posted by Arms Control Center in BASIC SCIENCE, tags: Bengaluru, India, lunar missionRecently the chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation announced that the Indian space agency lost communication with its Chandrayaan-2 lunar mission which presents a setback to the nation’s ambitious plan to land an unmanned probe near the south pole of the moon. Chairman K Sivan informed the scientists at the Bengaluru tracking center that “Data is being analysed”.
