Qassem Soleimani, head of Iran’s elite Quds Force killed in US air raid

The Pentagon stated that the head of Iran’s elite Quds Force, Major General Qassem Soleimani has been killed in a strike in an attempt to ‘deter future Iranian attacks’. The strike happened near Baghdad International Airport.
