A fully operational anti-tank rocket launcher (armed with a rocket) was found in a water supply canal near Aspropyrgos in Greece. A similar weapon was found a year ago in a garbage bin near Kolonaki (one of the richest places in Athens) which, however, had already been used and the rocket was missing. These events are very disturbing and remind EKEO’s experts of an old terrorist organization (November 17th – its members now in prison) which used a bazooka in its terrorist operations. EKEO fears that such heavy weapons can be used against armored vehicles and facilities by terrorists and calls upon all citizens and Government officials to report any suspicious findings to the authorities.
